Mission Statement: To bring people into fellowship with Jesus Christ and His Church, to develop them into a Christ like maturity, equip them for use in their unique ministry, so that Jesus may be magnified.
In the Old Testament, God at one time was a Pillar of Fire by night and a Cloud by day. The nations knew that the nation of Israel had a God! To be a Jew there were requirements followers had to obey. God set up the tabernacle developing a relationship how man was to approach God. Today in the New Testament Church there is an order to be followed to enter the Church. The blood of the Christ was shed for the sins of mankind. Jesus gave Peter the keys to the kingdom, and on the day of Pentecost we see Peter commanding: 1.) Repent, 2.) be Baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins, and 3.) Receiving the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance (Acts 2:38).. Thousands were added that day and then daily, beginning at Jerusalem, in all Judea, in Samaria and the uttermost parts of the earth.
The Bible clearly states that you must be "Born Again" of water (baptism) and the Spirit! (John 3:5) Without the Spirit of Christ, you are none of His (Romans 8:9). We must have the Spirit dwelling in us, it will quicken our mortal bodies and in the twinkling of an eye we will be caught up in the clouds to be with God (Romans 8:11, 1 Cor 15:52, 1 Thes 4:17).
Vision Statement: We would like to develop a place where people can come and be ministered; a Shelter for homeless to experience God's love thru fellowship and a respite from the pressures of life.
